Menstrual Health Campaign for Young Girls

At Kith and Kinn Foundation, we believe that every young girl deserves to experience her first menstruation with dignity, confidence, and awareness. Through our Menstrual Health Campaign, we not only provide hygiene kits to girls who have just started their menstrual journey, but we also conduct awareness sessions on menstrual health and hygiene across underprivileged communities in the country.

Menstrual hygiene and health are vital for young girls as they help prevent infections, promote self-confidence, and ensure better school attendance. Early education about menstrual care breaks taboos, encourages open conversations, and empowers girls to understand their bodies positively.

Through this initiative, we aim to create a society where menstruation is understood, accepted, and managed with proper knowledge and care — ensuring no girl feels ashamed or unprepared during this natural phase of life.
